In this role, you will play a crucial part in the printing process, ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. Responsibilities

• Assist in the setup and operation of printing presses, ensuring optimal performance.
• Monitor print quality throughout the production run and make adjustments as necessary.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on printing equipment.
• Collaborate with the press operator to ensure timely and efficient production schedules.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
• Document production data and report any issues to the supervisor promptly.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in printing technology is a plus.
• Previous experience in a printing environment is required.
• Experience with Komori, Heidelberg, or KBA a big plus.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform basic repairs.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
