Come join our team at Breckenridge Brewery!  Our restaurant in Littleton is the place to be this summer!  We are currently hiring for all BOH positions, including line cooks, prep cooks and dishwashers.  We are seeking team oriented candidates with positive attitudes and the ability to perform under pressure.  Experience in high volume kitchens in preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Description: 

Completing all items on the prep list provided by chef on duty
Communicating with management team to ensure we have the product that we need
Adhering to recipes provided by the chef team
Labeling all items prepped for the day
Ensuring that the prep areas (coolers, walk-ins, shelves) are clean and sanitized before leaving for the day
Ability to use all standard kitchen equipment
 

Skills- Ability to stand for 8 hour shifts
Ability to lift 30 plus pounds
Exceptional time management and organization skills
Ability to use all standard kitchen equipment
Ability to work flexible hours, weekends and holidays
