Load, unload, and stock material as well as deliver customer orders in the Denver / Colorado Springs metropolitan areas. This role will report to Distribution Center Supervisor in support of the sales for this territory. Achievement of specific goals for safety, driver safety, preventative maintenance and inventory accuracy will be key measures of success in this role. This role assists the DC Supervisor in Neenah Foundry’s Infrastructure Products division within the respective region in order to support customer requirements at our Distribution Center/Yard.

o Assist in the management of finished goods inventory stock.
o Drive the delivery truck and operate the truck crane. Maintain truck and related equipment via daily inspections. Schedule preventative maintenance or repairs as needed. Operate and maintain forklift, load, and unload trucks as backup/support.
o Management of inbound and outbound transportation, and customer pickups.
o Assist the DC Supervisor to ensure customer satisfaction.
Expected Areas of Competence (KSAs)
o Achieve monthly shipment rates in support of the annual plan
o Ensure inventory accuracy of > 98% through execution of a cycle count program.
o Demonstrate the ability to work as a team, influencing others through strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
o Computer Skills
o Basic customer service and distribution center knowledge.

Education and Experience Requirements
o High School diploma is required.
o Associates Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Customer Service, or Supply Chain Management is a plus.
o 2-5 years of experience with customer service or supply chain operations depending upon education.
o Record of working and/or collaborating in a distribution center.
o Experience working with municipalities and city requirements is a plus.
o Clean driving record with the ability to drive the delivery truck and unload with a truck crane at job sites or customer yards. Forklift operating skills required.
Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
Ability to lift 50 lbs. and safely operate a forklift.
