The Program
Join the Fusion Team in 2025! Fusion is a rotational training program within the Applied Materials Semiconductor Equipment business unit located in Gloucester, MA. It is designed to attract, assimilate, grow, and retain the most talented engineers entering the industry today.
During the first two years of employment, Fusion engineers go through a series of rotational assignments and work on cutting-edge designs to enable next generation technologies. The rotations typically consist of three or four unique engineering departmental assignments and one manufacturing department assignment. These rotations help Fusion members and managers determine where the Fusion member will flourish in their full-time position at Applied Materials.
