Human Resources consists of jobs which design, develop, and deploy processes used in staffing, selecting, developing, and compensating employees.
Job Family Description
Provides expertise in a specialized area of the human resources organization by developing, designing, and implementing policies, procedures, processes, and such services as benefits, workforce and employment, union relations, compensation, or employee relations to effectively use the company workforce. Provides guidance and counseling to other human resources professionals and customers on matters within a specialized area. Is familiar with policies and procedures, surveys and market data, employee data, laws and regulations, labor agreements, business plans, labor forecasts, recruiting data, and business principles, as they relate to personnel matters. Collaborates with other employees of the human resources organization to analyze and design processes and systems to effectively attract, reward, and motivate Spirit's workforce.
Also, should you be selected as a 2023 Spirit AeroSystems Summer Intern, you will have exposure to several activities including:
· You must be enrolled full time in a university degree program aligned to the area of internship.
· You must be a current sophomore, junior, senior or graduate student in good academic standing.
