The engineer selected for this role will work with our Process and Product Engineering teams within the Materials and Processes department in the areas of RF Radiators, Circulators and Coatings. The candidate will have experience with RF material development, component assembly and test across multiple programs.

Clearance Requirement:

• Knowledge performing root cause analysis and correcting defects.
• Knowledge of material test and failure analysis disciplines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
• U.S. citizenship status is required as this position will need a U.S. security clearance within one year of start date
• This position requires 12 months or less of relevant professional work experience (excluding internships)

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience working with production support in a factory environment.
• Hands-on industry experience in RF product development and manufacturing.
• Able to work with a multi-disciplined engineering team in resolving technical issues and investigation thereof.

Education & Experience Requirements

• Must have a BS / BA in Engineering, Chemistry, Mathematics, or (STEM)other related field by Summer 2023
