Warehouse Associate – 1st Shift

Location: Erlanger, KY

Employment Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire

Schedule: Typically 8:30 AM–5:00 PM; overtime hours are 6:30 AM–5:00 PM, including most Saturdays and some Sundays. Flexibility for extended hours and weekend work is required.

Job Summary

Kable Workforce Solutions is seeking a dependable Warehouse Operator for our client in Erlanger, KY. This position supports daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and organizing inventory, preparing orders for shipment, and operating warehouse equipment. The ideal candidate is adaptable, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and willing to cross-train in multiple departments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Receive, store, and organize inventory in designated warehouse areas.
• Pick, pack, and label products accurately for shipment.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks.
• Assist with general warehouse operations as needed.
• Cross-train and provide support across multiple departments.
• Follow workplace procedures and safety guidelines.

Job Requirements

• Must be able to speak, read, and understand English.
• Must pass a 7-year background check and drug screen.
• Must be willing to cross-train in all departments.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to lift and move 50+ pounds.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to reach, grasp, hold, push, pull, bend, twist, squat, climb, and kneel as needed.
• Good hand-eye coordination and communication skills.
• Must be flexible with work hours and mandatory overtime.
