Position Summary
A task crew member is responsible for performing and completing a multitude of general labor tasks throughout the greenhouse under the direct supervision of their Manager and/or Crew Leader. Responsibilities include maintaining quality standards, maintaining productivity goals, and ensuring the work area remains safe at all times.

Job Setting & Physical Demands
This position is primarily outdoors but may be required to work between locations and within an indoor office environment for administrative duties, which may require the use of computers and standard office equipment. Fluency to read, write, and understand the English language is required. Must be able to work in all outdoor elements, including dust and allergens. There are occasional needs to work in confined spaces. Position requires long-term ability for standing, sitting, squatting, bending, reaching, and twisting on a regular basis to fulfill essential duties. Candidate must have the ability to operate all machinery necessary within the department and across the facility, including but not limited to operating the table lifter and get certified and operate on internal vehicles. Candidate will also be regularly required to work at heights above 6 feet.
Employee must have the ability to life 35 pounds unaided, and regularly lift up to 50 pounds with assistance.
