General Labor – Tapping Machine Operator
1st shift - 6am to 2:30pm
Pay - $18 - $19/hr
About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable, hands-on General Laborer to operate our tapping machine on 1st shift. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys consistent, steady-paced work and takes pride in producing quality parts. The position includes opportunities to occasionally sit while running the tapper, depending on job flow and machine needs.
What You’ll Do:
- Operate the tapping machine safely and efficiently
- Load/unload parts and ensure correct orientation
- Inspect parts for quality and accuracy
- Perform basic cleaning and upkeep of the work area
- Follow standard work instructions and production requirements
- Support general labor tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For:
- Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift (with the ability to sit intermittently while operating)
- Good attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work independently and stay on task
- Manufacturing or machine operation experience is a plus, but not required—we will train the right person!
