Job Overview:
1st Shift Senior Quality Inspector Technician
Contract PositionLocation:Pewaukee, WIPay Rate:$25.00 - $30.00/hour, based on experienceSchedule:1st Shift, Monday - Friday, starting at 7:00 AM
Job Responsibilities
Perform advanced and detailed inspections of parts and products using a variety of precision measuring instruments and standardized methods.
Verify product dimensions and finishes against engineering blueprints and work order specifications.
Read and interpret complex engineering drawings to ensure product quality.
Lead non-conforming product analysis and root cause investigations.
Collect and compile quality data to create detailed reports for departmental decision-making.
Provide administrative support, including meeting planning and document preparation.
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for a range of tasks, including word processing, spreadsheets, and scheduling.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED is required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to perform mathematical calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division) with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.
Physical ability to stand or walk on concrete for up to 4 hours at a time.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX is preferred.
