We're looking for a motivated Production Operator to join us in a role that's essential to ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality. As a Production Operator, you'll play a crucial role in the production process, working under the guidance of a supervisor to perform a range of tasks using small machinery and hand tools.

What You'll Do:

• Operate machinery such as 3AL, wheelabrator, wash tank, blasters, polishers, and grinders.
• Carry out routine production tasks including grinding, sanding, cleaning, and polishing objects or parts.
• Use both hand tools and power tools to correct defects and prepare surfaces for further finishing.
• Manage your time effectively, ensuring that handling time matches or exceeds cleaning time.
• Conduct machine setups, handle materials, and perform minor general maintenance as needed.
