Pay Rate:$19.00 - $22.00/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Overtime may be available but is not required)

Job Description
As a Production Associate, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining our product quality and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing product labelingto ensure allergen listing and accuracy before production begins.
- Monitoring product packagingfor precise code dates and overall quality.
- Verifying case packingfor quality and barcode accuracy.
- Packing casesand efficientlystacking pallets.
- Moving palletsof supplies, ingredients, and finished products using a pallet jack.
- Monitoring ingredient and packaging levelsand communicating needs to the purchasing department.
- Inspecting ingredients and packagingfor quality, adulteration, or fraud, and reporting concerns to management.
- Accurately and timely completing daily production records.
- Keeping machinery, equipment, and the production room clean and sanitizedaccording to schedules, and documenting all required information.
- Maintaining flexibilityto adapt to changing work requirements.
Qualifications
- Food processing experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability towork with food allergensandcleaning chemicalssafely.
- Ability tospeak, read, and comprehend English.
- Possessstrong reading and writing skills.
- Capable of performing operational/manufacturing functions to ensure process viability.
- Ability tooperate various tools and equipment, including barcode scanners, computers, and pallet jacks.
- Possessstrong numerical skills, including accurate weighing and the ability to calculate weights and measures precisely.
Physical Requirements
This role requires:
- Standing for long periodsof time.
- Lifting up to 50 lbsthroughout each shift.
- Bending, reaching, and stretching.
- Hairnets, beard nets, and gloves will be provided.
- Closed-toed shoes are required.
