General Production Associate

Are you ready to kickstart your career in manufacturing? We're seeking dedicated individuals to join our team in Waukesha, WI, as a General Production Associate. No prior experience? No problem! Position Details

  • Pay: $18/hour, with opportunities for advancement
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Full-time, 40+ hours/week with overtime opportunities)
  • **Location: **Hartland, WI

Key Responsibilities

As a General Production Associate, you'll be involved in various crucial stages of our production process:

  • Operate basic machinery like brake presses and saws to form and cut materials.
  • Support laser cutting operations by preparing materials and removing finished parts.
  • Perform parts finishing operations, including cleaning, deburring, and passivation.
  • Prepare finished products for shipment, including proper packaging and documentation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment through regular cleaning and workspace management.
  • Assist with general maintenance activities and equipment upkeep.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and properly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support production.

Requirements
