General Production Associate

Position Details
- Pay: $18/hour, with opportunities for advancement
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Full-time, 40+ hours/week with overtime opportunities)

Key Responsibilities
As a General Production Associate, you'll be involved in various crucial stages of our production process:
- Operate basic machinery like brake presses and saws to form and cut materials.
- Support laser cutting operations by preparing materials and removing finished parts.
- Perform parts finishing operations, including cleaning, deburring, and passivation.
- Prepare finished products for shipment, including proper packaging and documentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment through regular cleaning and workspace management.
- Assist with general maintenance activities and equipment upkeep.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and properly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Perform other duties as assigned to support production.

Requirements
- Reliable transportation is a must.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Willingness to learn and take direction.
Previous manufacturing experience is welcome but not required – we will train the right candidate!
