Job Description

The Food Production employee is charged with achieving the mission of Monogram Gourmet by working in any of the production/packaging rooms as directed, and by complying with all food handling, safety regulations and policies of Monogram Gourmet.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work in any of the production/packaging areas as directed by the Production Supervisor and/or Chefs/Managers.
• Special duties or assignments may be assigned by the supervisor, chef or manager

The Ideal Candidate will have the Following Qualifications

PHYSICAL AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to stand on feet on a concrete floor for 4 hours at a time.
• Must be able to work on a moving production line for 4 hours at a time.
• Must be able to lift and carry 20 pounds at least 50 feet.
• Must be able to lift and carry 20 pounds and lift it overhead.
• Must be able to work in a 50 degree environment for 4 hours at a time.

Must be able to perform all production tasks using both hands for four hours at a time.
