JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB TITLE: FEED MILL LABOR I. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB The essential functions of this position include but is not limited to 1. Removes trash and debris from area. 2. Sweep floors and get up feed from around augers. 3. Clean floor in the loading dock area. 4. ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED BY MANAGEMENT. II. MUSCULAR/SKELETAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB 1. Must be able to climb ladders and steps, cannot be afraid of heights. 2. Must be able to bend, twist, stoop, and reach. 3. Must be able to lift 40 plus pounds. 4. Must be able to use both arms below shoulder level. III. TYPES EQUIPMENT REQUIRED TO OPERATE FOR THE POSITION 1. Gloves and slip resistant footwear. 2. Must wear required PPE ear protection (plugs or muffs).
