CNC Programmer

Are you an experienced CNC Programmer looking for a challenging contract-to-hire opportunity in Pewaukee, WI? We're seeking a skilled individual to join our team on 1st shift (Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM), offering a competitive annual salary of $60,000 - $70,000.

In this role, you'll be instrumental in developing and implementing CNC programs to manufacture precision components. You'll also be responsible for the design and procurement of essential tooling, gauging, and fixturing.

What you'll bring:

• An Associate Degree in CNC Programming.

• A minimum of 2 years of on-the-job CNC programming experience.

• Proficiency with Mill and Lathe programming.

• Strong knowledge of industry-standard software, including IQS, Epicor, SolidWorks, Esprit, and Microsoft Office Suite.
