Typical Schedule: Monday-Friday 5:00am-1:30pm
Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC horizontal and vertical machine centers to fabricate metal products.
- Read blueprints and work orders to determine product or work instructions specifications.
- Load tooling and machine parts per a program and/or work instruction.
- Clean, lubricate, and maintain equipment and fixtures.
- Perform required documentation/clocking procedures as parts are produced.
- Transfer components, products, or assemblies to the proper storage type as stated in the Work Instructions or Job Traveler.
- Inspect and measure completed parts using: calipers, height gauges, micrometers, and go/no go gages.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education/Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1-year experience in a manufacturing environment
Skills:
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and other drawing aids
- Ability to follow all safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) to maintain a safe working environment.
- Efficiently manage time to meet production deadlines.
- Maintain a level of accuracy and quality in all final products.
- Ability to communicate with team members and leads to share updates on machine performance and production progress.
