Typical Schedule: Monday-Friday 5:00am-1:30pm 

Responsibilities: 

• Operate CNC horizontal and vertical machine centers to fabricate metal products.
• Read blueprints and work orders to determine product or work instructions specifications.
• Load tooling and machine parts per a program and/or work instruction.
• Clean, lubricate, and maintain equipment and fixtures.
• Perform required documentation/clocking procedures as parts are produced.
• Transfer components, products, or assemblies to the proper storage type as stated in the Work Instructions or Job Traveler.
• Inspect and measure completed parts using: calipers, height gauges, micrometers, and go/no go gages.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Education/Experience: 

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1-year experience in a manufacturing environment

Skills: 

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and other drawing aids
• Ability to follow all safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) to maintain a safe working environment.
• Efficiently manage time to meet production deadlines.
• Maintain a level of accuracy and quality in all final products.
• Ability to communicate with team members and leads to share updates on machine performance and production progress.
