 1st and 2nd Shift Assembler/Production Associate

Custom Assembly, Inc. specializes in the assembly, warehousing, and distribution. Attention to detail and care with our customer's units is vital. Our goal is to have showroom-floor ready vehicles to dealers upon arrival.

Full Time| Direct Hire | Clean & Safe | Advancement Opportunities

Hours:  1st shift - 6:00AM - 2:30PM 2nd shift - 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM

Pay: $16.25 - $21.00/hour Pay is based on piece rate

Job Responsibilities/Duties

• Final assembly of units at rate to meet customer quality and delivery expectations.
• Maintaining safe and clean work environment by complying with policies & procedures.
• Able to stand 8 – 10 hours per day.
• Ability to work extra hours or shifts based upon customer production requirements.
• Use of mechanic basic hand tools.
• Some overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Must pass all pre-employment requirements.
• Good hand/eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Must be able to speak and read English fluently.
